Garden Party

    This year the garden party seemed a bit fast and furious. It was squeezed between the cousin birthday party and the 4th of July. Thankfully, that meant that we had more family togetherness through it all! The garden party theme was lemons and I was the lucky one (insert sarcasm) that got to deliver the lesson. I was actually quite surprised to be asked, but thankful that there was much confidence and love included in the invitation. My topic was, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Ha! I guess it's obvious from the outside that our family has had a few lemons roll through our lives. I love the garden party so much! From bringing family together, to rich tradition, to refined beauty, I wouldn't change a thing about it! I also love so much that I get to share it with Lola, who loves all the beauty and girl time we get to share!
