Towards the end of May we were thrilled to be able to fly to Oregon for the sealing of some very good friends, Garrett & Norah Lyman and their little Waika too! Pop Pop and Grandma Moulton came up from Utah to stay with the kids while we were away. Traveling without kids is pretty dreamy and relaxing and while we were in Oregon I slept in way too late and had so much fun! It was really great to spend time with family for the short get-a-way, but the highlight was definitley being in the temple with Norah and Garrett. Phil and I both got to be the escort for Garrett & Norah when they went through the temple for their endowments. It's so neat to be there with someone for the first time, such an exciting time! The next day we all reconnected at the temple for their sealing. Such a sweet memory in that sealing room with their family. Of course, little Waika was the star and just kept smiling over and over at his parents. There couldn't have been a happier moment! We are so blessed to have such amazing friends as well as the gospel that ties families together past the sting of death in this life!
