Tea Party 2016 ~ BABIES

The Tea Party was planned at the perfect time! Or at least it was for me. For Jill, it was probably extremely stressful being the day after the wedding!! I don't know how she did it all. But I was so grateful that I was able to attend...and with LOLA! It was her very first Tea Party and she was the perfect companion! I always assumed that I would have all boys and therefore be going to the Tea Parties all by myself. What a joy it was so share the experience with Lola and for her to be part of this wonderful and amazing tradition! The theme this year was babies. It was perfect because there were quite a few babies there! The message was shared by Cathy Monson and it was a beautiful message on how wonderful and amazing womanhood and motherhood is! I'll let the pictures do most of the talking, but a few fun things to point out are first the stork. It was a work of art, crafter by Aunt Geri. It was pretty impressive and so darling. Another fun touch was the clothesline of baby pictures. Everyone brought their own baby picture to display and we had fun guessing who they belonged to. Boyd also helped wit the Tea Party this year. He walked all the way down to Will's by himself and bought a bunch of candy necklaces for Grandma. They then went in to the baby rattles that were tied to the back of the chair. Love my Boyd and his love, ability and eagerness to help!
