The first Saturday in January the boys headed down to Salt Lake to attend the Monster Truck Jam! It was a gift that Phil and I gave them for Christmas. Both boys were pretty excited, although I think Brewer was looking forward to it more. They had to leave at 6:15 or so in the morning to make it down in time to go visit the different pits and drivers. I think the pictures do a pretty good job of showing how much fun they had! They got a signed flag from grave digger and they were surprised to see that the driver was a girl. Haha! Brewer's favorite trucks were Megalodon (the shark) and Earth Shaker. Boyd's favorite truck was Alien Invasion. When they got home, all they wanted to do was watch the other Monster Truck events that were being aired on TV. So glad for Phil for making the long drive down there and having some good boy time together. It's definitely something that they will remember.
