On November 16th we had our first snow day. Enough snow and warm enough that we go could play in it all together. It took forever to get the kids ready. Mostly because I had to find all of Boyd's old snow clothes for Brewer. It probably took 45 minutes of searching and going under the house a few different times. The whole time Brewer kept following me patiently. He's such a funny boy. And good boy. We finally made it outside and Brewer giggled when he walked into the snow. Boyd had a blast running around and doing pretty much anything he wanted, shoveling the snow, playing with the sleds and Remy. Brewer on the other hand had a hard time using his hands with his mittens, but he still had fun. After I was done shoveling the driveway I loaded the kids up in the sled and pulled them around for a little while. Brewer pulled his serious face the whole time, so I knew he was enjoying it! =) Boyd on the other hand had enough to say for both the kids and made it even more fun. I think about then we were about all frozen enough and headed inside for some hot chocolate.
