We are so happy that Boyd is here! Jerai went into labor last night at around 1:30pm. I had a test that I had stayed up late to study for and had to be at a class at 7am, so I told her that I was sure she was alright and wasn't going into labor. She finally pulled me out of bed, and we went to the hospital. The nurses checked her and said she was progressing. We stayed for an hour and then they sent us home with a morphine shot and told us that if she slept she was good, but if she couldn't sleep because of contractions to come back in. We were back in at 6:30am this morning after neither one of us slept at all. They checked her, and told us we were there to stay.
Boyd came around 1:16pm. 6lbs 7oz. and 19 inches long. Jerai did really well. Dr. Judd used forceps to turn and pull him. It was a little nerve racking, but everything went great. Holy cow he is soooo cute you guys! I'm sorry I couldn't be there (that's Boyd's fault for deciding to be spontaneous and come early). But I was definitely there with you in thought...I couldn't stop thinking about you three all day long! I am sooo excited for you! I'm glad everything went well. I love you tons and can't wait to come hold the little guy. Enjoy your stay at Orem...although it won't be as good without me there :). And get some rest! You deserve it!

HOORAY!!! I'm so glad things went well and we cannot wait to meet him. Jerai- give yourself a few weeks, I promise you'll start to feel like a woman again! Phil- take really good care of her, since her momma can't be there for a few more days. Spoil her rotten.
Oh yeah, also congratulations on him actually being a great looking baby. You know I wouldn't have said anything if he wasn't so fortunate, but he is a doll. Peyton is so glad she has a cousin only 15 weeks apart from her. She was so excited all Monday when I told her Boyd was coming today!
