Round 2 & Family Addition

So much has happened in the last week or so. Phil returned from his business trip from Washington and surprised me with moving his flight up by several hours. We then decided, not to sell the Utah Jazz playoff tickets and went to the game instead. It was amazing. The fans were very loud and the game was exciting. The best part had to be that the Jazz won and are now moving on to Round 2 against the Lakers. While I was at the game my emotional pregnant side came out. During the National Anthem, as I was getting a little teary-eyed, Phil turned to me and said, "man, this guy is singing really slow." I could only laugh and think how different Phil and I are. I'm crying and he's criticizing the singer.
Kristie and Wes had their baby about a week ago. He is adorable and being able to go visit them and hold Jacob, makes us want our baby now. Too bad October is still 5 months away. Ralph and Sabine came in to town to see their first grand kid. Jess threw a party for them to celebrate their 25th anniversary. The party was at our house and it was great fun. Jade, Ashton, and Tink came over early to let the dogs run around a play together. It's so great that our dogs get a long so well. They have so much fun together and get so excited when they see each other. We are so grateful that we live so close to Jade and Ashton right now. We'll be sad when they build their new house and move to Alpine. I guess we just need to take advantage of having them close for now.

Jarai!! I'm so glad you started a blog. Hooray!!

SOO awesome that you guys got to go to the game! I bet it was wild... and so funny that you were teary and phil was being harsh about the singer. :) gotta love those pregnancy hormones.

Next time phil leaves you again let me know. We can keep each other company, because andy's traveling quite a bit too! -maybe a little bachelor or idol? ;) love ya!
