Mother's Day was GREAT! Or I guess I should say Mother's Day weekend was great! Saturday, Phil took Boyd out for a couple of hours and I was able to spend some wonderful time at home by myself. I think I read and then cleaned up uninterrupted. It was great!! Sunday morning I got to sleep in. When I got up I was even told to go back to bed. So I read in bed for a bit and listened to everything that was happening in the kitchen. It was so cute to listen to Boyd helping Phil cook breakfast! It may have been my favorite part of the day! After a bit Phil, Boyd, and Remy all came in the bedroom with a beautiful plate of french toast!
Phil was brave to let Boyd carry the plate which was covered in running syrup! Boyd was SO excited to bring my breakfast. So excited in fact that he would neglect to hold the plate straight so all the syrup would almost run off! It was so sweet and I felt like the luckiest person!

After church, Phil made a delicious dinner! It was so yummy! Phil is a really good cook and enjoys doing it! Which is great for me, especially on Mother's Day!!

Okay i love the breakfast in bed thing that is soooo cute! I'm re-entering the blogging world again, and finally catching up on everyone's lives. Love you guys tons, can't wait to see the family pictures that syd took for you guys last weekend. :)
